High above the vineyards our winery is perched with a view of the natural world that goes on for miles. A landscape shaped by volcanic energy over millions of years shows in every inch of this land: this is the miracle of the Tokaj terroir. To showcase it year after year, vineyard by vineyard, varietal by varietal: this is our passion.
We believe that the diversity of our region, especially with the presence of limestone, unlocks special perspectives for dry and sparkling wines in addition to the traditional Aszú. Over the last two decades, in addition to the indigenous varieties Furmint, Hárslevelű and Yellow Muscat, we have also turned to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to showcase their unique character and impressive potential in the Hegyalja region as richly as possible.
The effort to preserve and restore biological diversity permeates our daily lives in Tokaj, Villány and in our sparkling wine aging cellar in Budapest. Over the past decades, we have worked hard to create self-sustaining ecosystems in which biodiversity does not disturb the external ecological community. In this effort, we are either our own neighbors, or we cooperate effectively in the community at large.

The focus of our basic tastings is the entire spectrum of Tokaj dry and sweet wines wines as well as sparkling wines, while our premium tasting presents our more than two decades of work from sparkling through Tokaj dry white and Villány red wines to dessert wine and gives a comprehensive picture of the Sauska style, accompanied by gourmet wine snacks.
Participation in our tastings is only possible with prior registration from Wednesday to Sunday, on other days of the week prior appointment is possible.
